The Bar Examiner is a growing platform with a small team. We do our best to keep listings accurate, useful, and fair, but bar details can change quickly. Claims are reviewed before access is granted so we can protect business owners, users, and the integrity of the site.

Submitting a claim does not automatically grant ownership, editing access, or management rights to the listing. Approved claims will receive follow-up instructions by email, so please keep an eye on your inbox and spam/junk folder.

If you need to contact us about a submitted claim, email claims@thebarexaminer.com and include the bar name and Listing ID so we can find the correct listing.

The claims email is for listing ownership and management verification only. Marketing, SEO, directory cleanup, Google Maps optimization, lead generation, and unrelated sales pitches should not be sent there.

We have robots too, and they love eating spam, unrelated pitches, and marketing emails. Messages that are not related to a legitimate listing claim may be ignored or deleted.
